Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a seat on the charter boat, The Providence, a minimum purchase of $10,000 (excluding Goods and Services Tax, GST) from BOP Kitchens is required.

2. Participant Exclusion: This offer is open to New Zealand residents, with the exception of employees of the Oregon Group and their immediate family members. “Immediate family members” include spouses, parents, children, and siblings.

3. Promotional Period: The promotional period commences on Thursday, August 1st, 2024, and concludes at 11:59 PM New Zealand Standard Time (NZST) on Saturday, November 30th, 2024.

4. Eligibility Date: Purchases made before the official start of the promotional period are not eligible for participation.

5. Seat Allocation: There is no limit on the total value of products purchased from BOP Kitchens to qualify for seats on the charter boat. For every $10,000 spent (excluding GST), participants will earn one seat on the charter boat.

6. Refund Policy: If the qualifying transaction is returned for a refund, the corresponding charter seat will be forfeited. In such cases, the value of the charter seat will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Employment Implication: Participation in this promotion does not establish any form of employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship with BOP Kitchens.

8. Modification or Termination of Promotion: BOP Kitchens reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend the promotion, in whole or in part, without prior notice. Such changes will not affect participants who have already qualified or redeemed seats.

9. Terms and Conditions Amendment: BOP Kitchens also reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notifications provided to participants regarding such changes.

10. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, BOP Kitchens, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages or losses arising from participation in the promotion, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, technical difficulties, equipment malfunction, theft, destruction, unauthorised access, alteration of entries and information submitted, late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected entries, variation in prize value, tax liability, incorrect information, or any other errors.

11. Jurisdiction: All aspects of this promotion are subject to New Zealand law. By participating, you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts. These terms and conditions do not override or violate any applicable laws within New Zealand
