Developing the Design Brief

• Schedule an appointment to develop a detailed design brief, either at your home or in our showroom

• To encapsulate everybody’s needs, family members and external advisors are welcome. Conversation to cover functionality, ergonomics, interior tastes, appliances, timeframe, and budget expectations.

• Basic measurements can be taken for renovation, and for new build a copy of the plans.

Creative Design Phase

• Our designer starts design, requiring approximately two weeks. Please inform us of any time constraints.

• Explore various design possibilities during this crucial stage, you may be presented with multiple layout plans.

• Upon finalizing the layout, attention turns to the overall look and style. Share any gathered inspiration, such as magazine cut-outs, Pinterest ideas, and web links, to ensure your vision is captured.

• Receive detailed plans, elevations, and 3D images along with your projects estimate.

• Final site measurements and working drawings required after confirmation (50% deposit for cash sales).

Efficient Execution

• Manufacturing begins, and installation dates are set based on material choices.

• Balance payment for the kitchen is due on delivery day unless previously discussed.
